Raheem Residency – Alleppey
A heritage home overlooking the beach at Alleppey. The house was built in 1868 and was the home of the Raheem family for five generations. It has been recently been renovated to the very highest standards.

Marari Beach Symphony – Marari beach, Alleppey
Five old fishermen’s dwellings have been stylishly converted to provide simple, elegant, well-appointed beach cottages. Set within a private compound and only 50 yards from the sea.
Motty’s Homestay – Alleppey
Motty Mathew and his wife Lali offer traditional Keralan hospitality in their heritage home located in a quiet suburb of Alleppey. There are two well-furnished, comfortable en-suite rooms each with their own private entrance. Lali prepares meals in the Syrian Christian tradition from locally caught fish and other fresh produce. Motty is an attentive, knowledgeable host who can arrange guided walks of the town’s temples and historic sights.
Philipkutty’s Farm - Kumarakom
Experience the backwaters on a family run farm with three well furnished and immaculately maintained waterfront cottages.

Set on an island, reclaimed from the backwaters by the owner’s grandfather, in Lake Vembanad the farm is reached by boat from the nearby road. The perfect place to savour and explore Keralan Syrian Christian cuisine prepared by the family. Cookery and painting holidays are a speciality.
Windermere Estate - Munnar
Set amongst 60 acres of working plantation with stunning views over the Ghats. The five deluxe rooms and five cottages are very comfortably furnished and there is a small dining room catering for guests only. Walks through the estate are organised daily. Windermere is intimate and tranquil, the perfect place to relax and unwind and explore the tea plantations and hills.
